According to the Orlando Sentinel, a lawsuit is still raging over a 4,000-square-foot home occupying three lots in Orlando that has been going on since 2006. The disagreement has led to a fence being installed through the house’s garage to determine who owns what. The homeowner originally took out two mortgages on the property from two different banks. When the market collapsed, both banks closed the property and one property was subsequently sold. Unfortunately, part of the house rests on the property sold.
